There is no shame in reaching out for support

Many of us feel as though we need to think our way out of the depths of our emotional triggers

Sometimes we can, other times we don’t know where to start.

If we have a support network that can allow us the space to be seen, heard and felt that is incredible, and if we have ways that we can create more awareness within ourselves to process from a healthy space that is amazing also.

When we don’t have those accessible, or it feels important to process in a different way, this is the beauty of practices like body work.

It is scared that we can connect in this way, to aid emotional regulation, releasing a layer of the heaviness in a safe space can open up an opportunity to heal and for realisations to land.

Devine has created this pathway for this specific purpose.

Our Mauri ~ Life Force and our Wairua ~ Spirit Force can become out of sync, we can experience blocked energy channels, our true sovereign vibration can shift out of alignment, we can have trauma from this lifetime, other lifetimes, realms, or family lines or energetic attachments causing us to operate in ways that aren’t serving in this lifetime (inevitable and ongoing).

This keeps us trapped in ineffective cycles, confused and out of touch with our bodies, operating unconsciously, all for a greater purpose of finding ourselves again in our own unique journey.

We aren’t broken, challenging times and feelings of depression and anxiety are moments of activation and invitation to uplevel, to address things we have been putting off and to find more peace and joy.

MiriMiri and RomiRomi are a profound vessel that allow us to move through this in a faster way, to locate the root cause that is triggering our pain body and delaying our ability to blossom 💫
