Free yourself from trying to fix everyone, step back with love and liberate yourself from this responsibility.
Until someone is ready in their journey and within their own experience, certain things won’t land yet, when we push our own beliefs and expectations onto others it becomes incredibly draining for us!
Nothing anyone does is a reflection of us, their actions and behaviours are their own.
We can put ourselves in their shoes to feel more empathy, the best thing we can do is hold space when someone is being triggered or if they have reached a block of some kind.
Perhaps some initial distance can help too.
Love and a listening ear are often what people want, not advice and only in specific circumstances an example from our own experience.
We can learn soo much from this process, when the ego wants to jump in and come up with a bigger reason as to why our own hardship is worse than that persons, stop and resist the urge for a moment.
What is the intent and purpose behind this share and who is it benefiting?
When we become emotionally attached to what someone is going through, or when we find ourselves pulled into drama, this isn’t what our higher self wants, if anything it is merely a reflection of what we may need to work through.
People are some of our biggest teachers, and more so those who challenge us.
I don’t believe that there are bad people, some may have darkness attached for whatever reason yet their souls are sovereign, we are born into this world as sovereign beings.
Attachments to energy can happen quite easily if we think about the amount of people we come into contact with, especially right now with the need to go into public spaces as a part of the festive season.
If you feel off and aren’t sure why, or if you are attaching to certain thought patterns, cleanse in what ever way works for you and release, allow space from busyness and do what brings clarity.
Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t…… ⭐️
