Energy work is the movement, flow, speaking, and shifting of energy to enhance your spiritual, physical, and psychological experience.
If a desire, calling, or healing intention is for your highest good energy work can occur. You may be able to clear, shift, or challenge beliefs that have entered your physical being.
Energy is found in social exchanges, in rooms you enter, in intuitive knowing, in fact every moment communicates an element of energy. This energy practice views the body as an amazing signalling system for what is happening in our emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies.
Energy workers are attuned to the language of energy. As an energy worker, my intention is to be an open portal, and to remain humble whilst I co-create with clients. Together we shift, release, or transmute energy. Moving energy is not only undertaken to heal various issues in your life, but also to activate key spaces where you are ready to expand and make your life more potent and intentional.
Energy healing occurs when the body is demonstrating dis-ease, or acting as a core reservoir for stagnant conditioning. This stagnant energy may arise from trauma in our lives, past lives, familial lineages, or from giving too much of our life force through our deep entanglement with others.
Energy activation occurs when someone is ready to expand or heighten their energetic practice. In essence, the call to use their energetic body in a more intentional manner is very clear, their cells, mind, heart, and practice is ready.
Everyone’s energy field is different. However, because there are some commonalities, one can begin to translate the energetic language of the body and work with it for our highest good. Because many of us experience the same challenges in our lives, energy workers know the areas of the body that commonly require attention and are constantly learning through practice, focus, and their own passion for this language.
As an energy worker I intuitively connect in with your being through intention, your body’s signals, your spiritual lineage, and your guides who share with me where to work on a given day.
Shifting energy is undertaken from the heart space, which through the pure love emanating through this space, begins to format new programs throughout your body, your energy body, your soul.
It is important for me to combine mentoring with energy work. Using energy activations to program your experience is often a new tool, or experience, for those I work with. Through mentoring and guidance on how to your enhanced energy body, and a witnessing as you shift your way of BE-ing in the world is extremely valuable. It is helpful to have others in your life who understand this energetic language, and understand the deep importance of it.
I design unique programs based on your feedback, guidance, and needs because at the end of the day how you choose to understand, and deal with energetic tools in your life is 100% up to you.
There are many practices that work with energy. My grounding is in romiromi, body work. This draws on the energy of power places and papatuanuku ~ our earth mother, ranginui ~ our sky father and connects with our energetic flow ~ haimata ~ our external pressure points, and haiporo ~ our internal pressure points.
Energy workers use the body, the land, or your environment and whilst today I am speaking primarily to the body, I will discuss gridworking, and clearing space, and working with subtler energy levels and our mer-ka-ba or ascension body soon.
