Counselling is about you finding your inner strength to change your life for the better.
Your counselling sessions are about you and what you want to discuss or want to disclose to move towards living a life that feels right for you.
My consultation space is a non-judgmental. For me, counselling is never to fix you, the purpose of counselling is to hear you, and for you to hear yourself.
Counselling is a space for you to speak that which may never have been spoken and to discover your truth, it’s a space for you to learn what safety feels like, even if you aren’t even sure what truth is anymore.
Some key foundations of my counselling practice are:
1. Every single person knows their own truth. This emerges from deep within. When you are asked the right questions and given the right amount of space to consider things in your own way.
In other words, it’s never my job to tell you what to do, just to facilitate your knowing & share these sacred therapeutic moments.
2. Therapy is sacred. I view your vulnerability, pains, worries, fears & desires as gold and will treat them as so.
3. We are equal in a counselling relationship. We tug and pull at the possibilities of your life together. I’ve got your back, in case you fall, but I’m also holding your vision of creation.
4. Counselling is a walk side by side. I’m not doing all the work, and neither are you. It’s “enter as you are…” space, yet I’m also fully aware you have the strength and capacity to be you. I believe in you.

Fee Structure and Payment
I work predominantly with adults, if we are not the right fit, I will refer you to another professional who may be suitable.
ADULTS
90minute Consultation – $250
60minute Consultation – $200
REBATES & SUPPORTED PAYMENTS
At this stage, counsellors are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
If you require a mental health diagnosis, I recommend you engage the support of your General Practitioner (GP) for referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist through a mental health care plan.
I offer two sliding scale sessions a month for those who would like to work with me, please do not hesitate to ask if this is you.
